USA InfoTech, an SBA Certified 8(a), Minority Women Owned Small Business and industry health IT solutions pioneer, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mr. Marc Richardson as Executive Vice President. Marc brings over 28 years of expertise in leading teams and delivering high-quality digital products and services to the Federal government.
Marc has provided Senior IT leadership in multiple federal programs, successfully aligning Digital strategies to exceed mission results. An experienced leader focused on delivering innovative solutions that meet program mission needs, he has directed information technology (IT), program management, cybersecurity, analytics, quality assurance, and continuity of operations programs supporting the Federal Government. His track record of successfully delivering complex programs aligns with USA InfoTech’s commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our clients.
Before joining USA InfoTech, Marc held key leadership positions in the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) and the Office of Information Technology at CMS, the Veterans Benefits Management System Program Management Office at VA, and the Office of Applications and SSI Systems at SSA. Most recently, he served as the lead IT Senior Executive in CCIIO, overseeing prominent systems such as the Federally Facilitated Marketplace and 22 other critical Affordable Care Act solutions. He led a staff of 90 Federal employees and oversaw an annual vendor budget of $575M. He also chaired CMS’s Enterprise Workforce Investment Council and was Executive Champion of the Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence, amongst other Enterprise duties. Marc has a passion for and a successful track record of delivering innovative and modern digital solutions and operations to enhance consumer and partner experience in Federal programs. As the EVP, Marc will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of USA InfoTech. Marc will be responsible for overseeing key business functions, client and partner relations, joint ventures, technology expansion, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals. Marc will lead cross-functional teams, driving innovation in healthcare technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients and the healthcare industry. Marc will work closely with the executive leadership team to set company policies, manage budgets, and optimize performance. Marc’s leadership will be essential in maintaining a competitive edge and ensuring the company remains an innovator leader in the health IT space.
