Balaji Bala is the Chief Operating Officer at USA InfoTech. Balaji is a Health IT Enthusiast with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare technology sector, specifically leading CMS and Health IT projects. With a proven track record in executive-level leadership roles across Project Management, Agile Development and Technical Leadership, He has consistently delivered results on large-scale federal projects.
He has led and motivated teams of over 100 technical professionals, driving complex, high-profile initiatives to successful outcomes. He’s passionate problem solver with a solution-oriented approach, known for delivering practical solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. His ability to remain focused on results ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a high standard of quality. With a strong foundation in leadership, Balaji effectively managed cross-functional teams, align strategic corporate initiatives with organizational goals, and empower others to perform at their best. His strengths lie in communication, interpersonal relationships, and negotiation, all of which contribute to his ability to foster collaboration and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Marc Richardson serves as the Executive Vice President at USA InfoTech. He has spent over 28 delivering IT and Operations excellence in the Federal healthcare and human services sector, including most recently as a member of the Senior Executive Service at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), delivering innovative technical solutions and driving operational excellence for the Affordable Care Act Program and Healthcare.gov. As the EVP, Marc plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of USA InfoTech.
Marc oversees key business functions, client and partner relations, joint ventures, and technology expansion, ensuring alignment with the companys long-term goals. Marc drives innovation in healthcare technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients and the healthcare industry. As a USA InfoTech executive leadership team member, he works closely with the executive leadership team to set company policies, manage budgets, and optimize performance. Throughout his career, Marc has developed a reputation for building high-performing, diverse teams that come alongside our clients as mission partners to deliver excellence in all areas of mission accomplishment. This reputation has also earned him multiple Government and Industry-related awards, such as the HHS Secretary Award for Distinguished Service, CIO 100, CSO 50, Service to the Citizen Award, and the FORUM Health IT Innovation Award.
