You will research, identify, select, and test technology products required for solution delivery. You will establish, implement, and document technology integration or migration strategies. Oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems. You would know how to leverage modern technologies and development techniques to build data services frameworks; Micro-services, Web-services, API, API standards, and management of API. Knowledge of cloud services (Amazon Web Hosting) and virtualization (containers) technology. Familiarity with popular Open-Source Technologies is required. You will provide technical leadership across CMS programs from strategic decision-making down to the project planning level. Provide consulting service to management and end-users to further infrastructure development. Provide architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to Systems Analysts, Systems Engineers, other Systems Architects, and software development teams.

Required skills and experience

Automation Test Engineer

Design, develop, document, and maintain automated functional test cases and other test artifacts, including test data and data verification. • Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies. • Build automation framework and re-usable automation tests/test scripts using Selenium and Java. • Execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases and report test results. • Perform setup, configuration, and maintenance of automated testing environments with a focus on continuous testing and DevOps processes. • Analyze requirements and technical design documents for use cases/user stories, create test cases, and perform impact analysis on the existing framework. • Debugging and remediation of issues encountered with automated test runs. • Validate data systems and functionality for each release using automation as a key strategy and establishing performance benchmarks.

Required skills and experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, software engineering or related field • The candidate must work cooperatively with multiple contractors and have deep knowledge of our Provider data domains (e.g. PECOS, NPPES, MDM, OnePI, etc.) and application systems and provide data architecture mapping, design, modeling and implementation efforts. • A Minimum of 8 years of experience developing and maintaining one or more data architecture products and/or Data Models within standard data modeling tools (ERStudio, Erwin, etc.).
